I'm currently making an infinite-runner style game using Phaser, and am going to keep track of how I'm progressing. I've already started the game and have jumping mechanics already implemented, as you can see in the video below.

The plan now is to add a large variety of powerups which alter the game in a lot of ways while still only using one key (or tap) as controls. The powerup bar timer can be seen in the video - the big blue bar at the top - which limits the duration of the effect. Planned powerups include:
